Silvicom Inc — Driver Application Text Message Terms

Programme

Silvicom 360 driver application texts are transactional messages from Silvicom Inc about your own driver application: a link to fill in your application, reminders about steps you have not finished, and updates on its status. We do not send marketing messages in this programme.

How you sign up

You receive texts only if you enter your mobile number and tick the text-message box on your application page. The box is never ticked for you. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of applying or of being considered for a job. Every message is also sent by email.

Frequency

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per application. We do not text at night.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

  • Stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work, as does a plain request such as “please stop texting me”. You can also turn texts off on your application page or ask our recruiting office.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, email recruiting@silvicominc.com, or call (708) 236-5732 ext. 135.
  • Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Requirements the carriers check:

  •  Build the SMS Terms page as a normal web page. It can’t be a PDF, a pop-up, or a download.

  •  The page must be public, with no login required.

  •  It should look like the rest of the site, with our logo and company name visible.

  •  Please link it in the footer as “SMS Terms”, next to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

  •  Make both links in the text above clickable.

  •  Please don’t change any of the wording. If something doesn’t fit the layout, ask me first.

When both are live, please reply with the two URLs so I can check them and submit our number for approval. Please do this soon if you can, because the approval takes 1–2 weeks after we submit.
